Losing Fat AND Gaining Muscle
A common question among both bodybuilders and the general population is “Can you lose fat and gain muscle at the same time? The short answer is yes you can.
The bulking up method is faster at growing new muscle, partly as an excess of calories will trigger growth hormones that make muscle gain easier. However the total process, bulking, then cutting, can actually be slower overall and is certainly tougher for those who struggle to lose weight (which is most of us!)
